How does licensing work for these sample packs?
Every pack is sold royalty-free with a perpetual non-exclusive license. You can use the samples in commercial productions you write, record, and release on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, and other streaming platforms — no per-stream fees, no royalty splits owed back to the producer.
Can I use a sample in a song I release on Spotify or YouTube?
Yes — that's exactly what these packs are for. Use the samples as part of your own original productions, then release the finished song wherever you'd like. Re-selling the raw samples themselves (in another sample pack, on Splice, etc.) is the only thing not allowed.
What format are the samples in?
Audio samples are delivered as 24-bit WAV files. MIDI packs are standard .mid files compatible with any DAW (Ableton, Logic, FL Studio, Pro Tools, Reaper, etc.). Every pack downloads as a single .zip you unpack into your sessions.
Are the samples cleared and original?
All samples are performed and produced by Julie Schatz from original sessions — live violin, live piano, vocal hooks, original MIDI patterns. Nothing is sampled from third-party records, so there are no clearance issues for your release.
